Refund Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced (Within 12 hours of ordering). If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To exchange an item, the item must be unworn, unaltered or washed, have all tags intact and include original packaging.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the package.
Please arrange with your choice of mailing or courier service to send the package back to us. We will notify you once we receive and process the return.
The shipping cost for the refund or exchange will be supported by the customer.
Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item in a different color, subject to availability. Otherwise it is needed to refund the old item and order the new item as a new order.

REFUNDS
You will be refunded the full amount of the returned item in the same manner your payment was originally made. Shipping costs are not refunded.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
SAVIELLI undergoes rigorous inspection.
In the unlikely case you do receive a defective item, please contact us at support@savielli.com
We will arrange for you to ship the item back to us free of charge. We will replace the item as soon as possible, subject to availability, or refund you with the original amount.
